RETURNS
You should be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Unfortunately, jewelry cannot be returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. PauJo's Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.
Once we have received and inspected your return, Your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five business days. PauJo's Boutique reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.

You can pickup at the boutique location 1144 Smallwood Dr. Ste A6, Waldorf MD 20603 ( Thursday - Saturday), or
Landover Hills ( Monday - Wednesday) you must call 301-728-5153 to set up an appointment to pick up at this location.
All items MUST be picked up within 7 store business days
